Helen Everbach (any/all)
Helen Everbach (all pronouns) is a queer femme AASECT (American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapist) certified sex educator who completed an MA in Sexuality Studies at San Francisco State University in 2023, and is currently completing an MA in Counseling Psychology at the Wright Institute.
Helen's focus is sex and intimate partner therapy, and she draws from her educational background in cultural studies and queer theory, as well as her history as a sex educator, to inform her therapy practice and contextualize the nuanced ways oppressive hierarchies of power can produce and impact individual and interpersonal challenges. Helen aims to provide a non judgemental space for clients to explore their histories, experiences, and desires, and develop strategies for regulating complex emotional states, navigating conflict with others, and improving communication. Helen has extensive experience with a broad range of sexuality topics, and is especially well versed in kink and BDSM practices, non monogamy and polyamory, and asexuality.
In addition to her interest in sexuality, Helen has a deep love of fashion and fashion history, literature, theater, and of course her two cats Peanut and Raisin.
