Queer LifeSpace is deeply honored to have been selected as a Tier-A beneficiary by the Grass Roots Gay Rights Foundation (GRGRF)! Other current beneficiaries include the AIDS Legal Referral Program, LGBTQ Asylum Project, Castro Country Club, Folsom Street, and Larkin Street Youth Services.

The Grass Roots Gay Rights Foundation was launched in 2014 to build on the 25-year legacy of the nonprofit organization “Grass Roots Gay Rights West” and a dedicated Circle of Friends volunteering their time and efforts to put on major events in San Francisco that have raised over $3.4 million.

We are also deeply grateful for the $10,000 grant awarded by GRGRF to Queer LifeSpace earlier this year!

Each and every grant that we are awarded will ensure that our fellow Bay Area queer community members will continue to receive high-quality, affordable mental health support.

The grant is specifically meant to help support new QLS programs such as the Rural Youth Outreach (RYO) program, and the Emerging Queer Artists in their Youth (EQUARTY) program. The funds will also help us increase our capacity to take on new therapists and clients over the next two years, as this is the most critical challenge we currently face as an organization.

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help us in our mission to provide low-cost, high-quality mental healthcare. Your donation could mean the world to someone!
